Rental inventory is granted on a first come first serve basis.
Memberships and Punch Pass purchases do not guarantee the right to inventory without a reservation or booking.
Delivery & Return
All delivery and customer pick-up orders are scheduled for a specific date and time window selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for being present and ready during this window.
Fixed Delivery Window
Delivery and pick-up windows are 15 minutes only. Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow for parking and check-in. Missed windows are considered customer no-shows.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Missed Delivery Window (Grace Option)
If delivery service is selected and the scheduled time slot is missed, customers may contact info@harwoodskibikes.com or call 435-729-9877 and meet our team at the Loomis Park pick-up location within one (1) hour, subject to availability.
Availability is not guaranteed.
Rescheduling
Any rescheduling request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Requests made inside 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied.
No-Shows & Abandoned Bookings
Failure to appear during the scheduled delivery or pick-up window—without approved rescheduling—constitutes a no-show. No-shows and abandoned bookings are charged the full rental rate and are non-refundable.
Last-Minute Requests
Last-minute changes or requests are not guaranteed. Contact info@harwoodskibikes.com. The Harwood team may attempt to accommodate when possible but assumes no obligation to do so.
Return Timing:
All delivery and pick-up returns must adhere to the designated return time. If you anticipate being late, please contact info@harwoodskibikes.com or call 435-729-9877 at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled return. While last-minute requests are not guaranteed, our team will do our best to accommodate when possible.
Missed or No Show Returns:
If you do not return your rental within the same day of your final day of service, you will be charged an additional day at the full cost of your rental + $100.00 per day each day the rental is not returned. If your return is not collected within 72 hours of the designated return time, you will be charged the equivalent full retail price of the equipment.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window will be charged the 50% of the total price of the rental.
Weather & Resort Closures:
We do not offer refunds for weather-related concerns or partial ski resort closures.
