Delivery & Customer Pick-Up Policy 

By completing a booking with Harwood Ski Bikes, you agree to the following delivery and pick-up terms:

  • Confirmed Time Slot Required
    All delivery and customer pick-up orders are scheduled for a specific date and time window selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for being present and ready during this window.

  • Fixed Delivery Window
    Delivery and pick-up windows are 15 minutes only.
    Customers must arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow for parking and check-in.
    Missed windows are considered customer no-shows.

  • Delivery Schedule (Non-Flexible)
    Harwood Ski Bikes operates on a fixed delivery schedule as designated on each rental booking page. These time slots cannot be extended or shifted.

  • Missed Delivery Window (Grace Option)
    If delivery service is selected and the scheduled time slot is missed, customers may contact info@harwoodskibikes.com and meet our team at the Loomis Park pick-up location within one (1) hour, subject to availability.
    Availability is not guaranteed.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations
    Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Requests made inside 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be denied.

  • No-Shows & Abandoned Bookings
    Failure to appear during the scheduled delivery or pick-up window—without approved rescheduling—constitutes a no-show.
    No-shows and abandoned bookings are charged the full rental rate and are non-refundable.

  • Last-Minute Requests
    Last-minute changes or requests are not guaranteed. Contact info@harwoodskibikes.com. The Harwood team may attempt to accommodate when possible but assumes no obligation to do so.
