Do I need prior experience?
Nope! Our Sno-go ski bikes are easy to learn and orientation is provided.
What should I wear?
Standard winter gear — jacket, pants, goggles, gloves, and helmet.
Boots — Rugged winter boots required. Snowboard boots recommended.
Does Park City allow ski bikes?
Yes — There are very few limitations. Guidance can be provided upon rental.
Park City & Woodward allow our ski bikes.
Nearby resorts of Brighton, Sundance & Powder Mountain also allow ski bikes so you are welcome to ride your rented bikes there also as long as they are returned during operating hours.
What are the height or size requirements to ride?
Our ski bikes require riders to be at least 5 feet tall and 12 years old.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you may cancel with at least 24 hours notice of your reservation period with no fee. Please email - info@harwoodskibikes.com
Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows are charged a 50% cancellation fee.
What if I miss the delivery drop period?
We have strict drop off period for our delivery schedule. Should you miss this time, please pick up your rental from our pick up location at 10 am.
