The best ski bike day I've had in New Jersey happened in quite possibly the warmest conditions but slushy snow rides great!
Big SNOW American Dream is an indoor slope in East Rutherford, open year-round, and it runs one of the best three-ski programs anywhere. I've taught there, and at Mountain Creek up the road.
New Jersey

Big SNOW American Dream (East Rutherford). Indoor, year-round, three-ski bikes only, with resort-run rentals. Awesome way to beat the summer heat and get your snow fix.

Mountain Creek (Vernon). Three-ski bikes only, with resort-run rentals. The community is strong here and you'll often see riders out in groups.
Pennsylvania

Seven Springs. Open. No more than three skis, metal edges, load within the chair, and the bike counts as a rider.

Liberty and Whitetail. Open with metal edges and a device to stop runaway equipment. Whitetail wants the leash on at all times.

Roundtop and Laurel Mountain. Open, with standard edge and loading rules.

Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Open, with the bike tethered to the rider.

Tussey Mountain. Call ahead. Bikes are allowed when the hill isn't busy.

Mystic Mountain (Nemacolin). Guests and members only.
Maryland, West Virginia and North Carolina

Wisp (Maryland). Two skis and a seat required, so Types I and II only.

Canaan Valley (West Virginia). Three-ski friendly, with resort-run rentals.

Hatley Pointe (North Carolina). Open with a leash and a lift pass.

Cataloochee (North Carolina). Mid-station down only, after management clears you.
Renting a Ski Bike Here
Almost everything is resort-run, and nearly all of it is three-ski. Big SNOW, Mountain Creek and Canaan Valley rent on site. That's good news for a first day. You show up, and the bike and a quick rundown are waiting.

The Foggy Goggle (Seven Springs). Slopeside, with a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights, up to four bars on weekends, and a bloody mary bar. Foggy Brews inside has pool tables and an arcade.

Big SNOW American Dream. It's inside a mall, so dinner's easy and nobody has to scrape a windshield.

Canaan Valley. Stay slopeside or rent a cabin near Davis. Blackwater Falls State Park nearby has a sledding run the kids will love.

Maggie Valley (Cataloochee). Cabins with hot tubs and mountain views, minutes from the lift.
